IC Motor Group has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. This document discloses our information gathering and usage practices.

Use Of Your Information
IC Motor Group does not sell or rent your personal identification to third parties.  We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with a legal request to do so.

Email
It is the policy of IC Motor Group to send our customers email they elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customer from any mailing list upon the customer’s request. In addition, IC Motor Group may send a monthly newsletter to customers. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the customer can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.  We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us (customerservice@icmotorgroup.co.nz) with your questions or comments.

Text Messaging
It is the policy of IC Motor Group to send our customers text messages they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customer from any Text Messaging list upon the customer’s request.

Updating Your Personal Information
IC Motor Group provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc.

Other Information We Collect
We use additional information to do internal research on our customers demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve you and our community. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

Removal
If you wish to have your details removed from our records for any reason, simply send us a letter or an email requesting to be removed.

From time to time, we make changes to our information practices. We always update this statement accordingly, so we encourage you to periodically review this information by requesting a copy or viewing it here on our website.
