Kelly Illerbrun
Dealer Principal, Managing Director
A founding shareholder of IC Motor Group, Kelly has been operating a vehicle dealership in excess of 20 years. He has a strong automotive background as a qualified Motor Mechanic. During this tenure the company has grown to become one of the largest vehicle dealerships in Northland housed in a state of the art purpose built dealership facility. Few will match Kelly for his passion and commitment to the vehicle industry and to Northland, nor his drive to be number one. Kelly has attended Deloitte academy of excellence for Dealer Principals and continues to institute benchmark practices throughout the dealership.
Henry Belt
Director, Vehicle Sales Manager
Henry has been a shareholder with the group for a decade and also cut his teeth as a qualified Motor Mechanic. Moving from the workshop into vehicle sales early in his career, Henry has an aptitude for sales and expanded his repertoire to include all aspects of finance and insurance. Henry brings a wealth of sales knowledge and a determination to drive vehicle sales forward. Henry has also completed Deloitte Dealer Principal training through the academy of excellence and is instrumental in instituting best practices within the sales team.
Lance Hollows
Director, Financial Controller
Lance has been with IC Motor Group since 1991, starting his career in a chartered accounting office. He provides support and guidance throughout all areas of the dealership and a strong reporting and financial information base for the company. Lance manages the administration team along with heading up the parts and service departments. He has completed the Deloitte academy of excellence program for Administrators and has a good understanding of benchmarking throughout the dealership. Lance is also involved as a dealer representative on the F2 DMS software development committee.
Tracey Illerbrun
Customer Services Manager
Tracey has also been a long term employee with the company undertaking various roles and providing support in all areas if the dealership. Tracey heads up the CRM arm of the business and coordinates our customer contact for sales, service and parts. She also provides a central single point of contact for our customers should there be any issues or complaints. Her tireless involvement in organizing various customer events and functions is instrumental to our success in establishing strong business relationships.
Glenn Mudgway
Vehicle Sales Manager
Glenn has been a well respected identity in Northland vehicle sales for over 20 with a proven track record originally with Ford in both sales management, finance and insurance. He holds a New Zealand Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Business.  Glenn joined the company in early 2009, and is an established and valued senior member of the management team. Glenn has long standing business relationships with a number of institutions and in particular the local Maori Trusts.
Barrie Diederiks
Service, Parts and Accessories Manager
Barrie has recently joined IC Motor Group with an extensive career as a qualified motor mechanic and service administration, over more recent years a successful Parts Manager’s career. Barrie has moved North with his family from Auckland and is looking forward to meeting and working with our fleet clients providing the best possible parts options. His has attended several programs to further his career and have just completed his MITO Business Management Certificate others include Aftersales Management at the University of Witwatersrand.
